When a Southern California senior plan with 60% penetration wanted to gain an additional 10% market share, they contacted us. Qualitative research revealed that convenience and personal service appealed most to seniors when it came to the administration of their plan. So, we developed an integrated lead generation program consisting of direct marketing (print, mail, online), special events and PR. We also worked with the marketing team to hone our messaging. During the three-month enrollment campaign, IVHP met its goal of 10% and exceeded it by 5%.
