ArthroCare Spine was preparing for their industryʼs biggest tradeshow. Absent a new product or breaking development, The Miller Group designed a mobile marketing effort designed to reinvigorate the brand and demonstrate ArthroCare’s commitment to technological advances affecting its constituents – surgeons, physicians and technicians.
We positioned ArthroCare at the forefront of technology in the spine field by digitizing their impressive library of product data and demonstrations. We delivered it directly to doctorsʼ mobile phones at ArthroCare’s booth, making use of a WiFi portal, Bluetooth file exchange and QR codes.
Physicians from around the world interacted with iPads displaying the touchscreen WiFi portal to videos of actual procedures and product collateral. And ArthroCare generated 15% more leads than the previous year.
